TaKaran Dalam ResEp MasaKan

Seringkali dalam resep masakan kita menemukan satuan ukuran bahan-bahan yang tidak familiar, apalagi bagi pemula seperti aku ini, yang kadang kalo masak pake ilmu kira2…heheheh. Kmrn browsing2 dah soal takaran dalam resep masakan, biar jelas, dan biar tambah mantab rasa masakannya, jadi ga pake ilmu “kira-kira” lagi.
Beberapa takaran yang biasa digunakan dalam resep masakan baik nasional maupun internasional….moga bermanfaat (dirangkum dari berbagai sumber)

*Singkatan-singkatan dalam takaran*

@ sdm = sendok makan
@ sdt = sendok teh
@ gr = gram
@ kg = Kilogram
@ btg = batang
@ bks = bungkus
@ btr = butir
@ ml = mililiter

*Ukuran takaran dengan Cup*
1 cup = 1 cangkir = 16 sdm
1 sdm = 15 gram
1 cup = 250 cc = 250 ml

Tepung terigu 1 cup = 140 gram
Gula pasir 1 cup = 225 gram
Gula halus 1 cup = 160 gram
Gula palem 1 cup = 140 gram
Maizena 1 cup = 125 gram
Sagu/kanji 1 cup = 125 gram
Tepung beras 1 cup = 110 gram
Tepung roti 1 cup = 115 gram
Almond bubuk 1 cup = 170 gram
Kismis 1 cup = 190 gram
Kenari cincang 1 cup = 150 gram
Mete cincang 1 cup = 160 gram
Havermout 1 cup = 90 gram
Mentega/Margarine 1 cup = 200 gram
Minyak goreng 1 cup = 220 gram
Coklat bubuk 1 cup =112 gram

*Ukuran Gelas Belimbing*

1 gelas tepung terigu = 130 gr
1 gelas gula pasir = 230 gr
1 gelas gula halus = 180 gr
1 gelas mentega = 210 gr
1 gelas air/ susu encer = 250 cc

*Ukuran Sendok Makan*
1 sdm peres = 3 sdt
1 sdm peres gula pasir = 15 gr
1 sdm peres gula halus = 12 gr
1 sdm peres tepung terigu = 8 gr
1 sdm peres maizena = 12 gr
1 sdm peres margarin = 15 gr

Pda dasarnya, memasak dengan takaran “hati dan cinta”….lebih tepat dan yg pasti masakan yg dihasilkan jadi lebih enak…hohoho ;)

  1. Kalau takaran pas itu cocok buat bumbu2 masak yg udah jadi yang banyak dijual di mini market or supermarket. Kalau koki2 hotel bintang selalu memakai feeling. Walaupun tiap menu udah tercantum takaran2 secara pasti.
